Not too long ago, I was fully immersed in a successful Wall Street career. But deep down, I had been through hell and back and was constantly battling fatigue. It was a daily uphill struggle that never seemed to end.

Resorting to ‘trial and error’, I tried anything and everything to feel better - medications, workouts, cookbooks; you name it. But the turning point in my wellness journey came when doctors dismissed it all as 'burnout’, leaving me feeling deeply misunderstood. Can you relate?

This could have been the end of my journey, but I had a deep feeling that there was more to discover. I wanted to set an example for my son, and I realized that I had neglected my own health for far too long.

The mainstream approaches weren’t working for me, so I took matters into my own hands and delved into the world of functional health and nutrition.

The support from a remarkable community of practitioners and like-minded individuals was an immediate inspiration. But what truly transformed my life was embracing a holistic, big-picture approach to wellness. Recognizing that there's no 'one-size-fits-all' solution, I explored a new way of thinking about health, something I hadn't encountered from doctors or in my formal education.

My analytical mind, which had served me well on Wall Street, has carried over to the holistic space, and similarly I am able to filter through the noise to come up with the main themes that are impacting your health. I applied this to my own health journey and have never felt better.

I discovered the importance of testing for 'hidden stressors,' which could range from hormone imbalances and food sensitivities to environmental toxins or even trauma from past experiences. This became my starting point, a gateway to making holistic connections. Rather than addressing superficial symptoms, I worked with practitioners to treat those 'hidden stressors' that, in my case, stemmed from a childhood filled with antibiotics, blood sugar imbalances, digestive issues, and depression and had cascaded into the 'chronic fatigue' diagnosis I faced at the time.

Using this approach, I was able to 'reverse-engineer' a wellness plan that targeted my ‘symptoms’ at their root. The best part? Out of everything I tried, I finally found a solution that left me feeling more radiant than ever!

I created and launched Precipice Health to share a similar approach with other individuals who are ready for real result-based solutions. Regardless of whether your focus is on improving your health to support your career, your family, or both, you deserve to experience relief and finally feel your best, every day. In retrospect, I wish I had discovered this approach to spare me years of stress and frustration, and you deserve the same!
